Most people who message us are worried, and many have put things off for a while. That's normal. We don't judge. We find out where you stand, explain it in plain words, and give you a clear plan and a fixed quote.
We handle the expert work and the decisions ourselves. Our team handles processing, such as preparing forms and following up with offices, and we keep you updated throughout.
We follow every new BIR issuance closely, and we write about the ones that matter for small businesses in our compliance notes.
Where we work
Mandaluyong and Metro Manila. Remote clients are welcome, subject to what each government office or RDO requires.
For closures, we assist with requirements at the BIR, LGU, DTI, SEC, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG, depending on your registrations.
What we're not
OSBS is a private practice. We're not part of, or affiliated with, the Bureau of Internal Revenue or any other government office.
